Let's cultivate your Mature Purpose
First off, what is Mature Purpose?
For those who have lived to their adult stage, we meet ourselves first as fully developed people with full and rich histories that we can draw from to set the course for what we are facing now: new beginnings, difficult endings. and all transitions.
Whether we are entering into the second half or final quarter of life, there is possibility.
By centering what we have already learned, and coupling that with understanding our inherited, learned, and nurtured patterns, we can set the course for a desired experience of the next seasons. And in that, discover new desired effects to open a more harmonious living experience.
Let's re-ignite curiosity in the inner landscape,
and way-find toward an integrated life.
The work that I share with clients engages a sense of curiosity.
We can often react to change with a sense of fear, and it is my goal to emerge from that fear or loss of what has already passed into a state of inquisitiveness, interest, and wonder.
For some that can look like the first step into an unkown with a sense of interest. For others it could look like wonder. For many others, it could look like a sense of calm and wellbeing. What is right for you is the step that we will take.
No situation is fixed.
There is always an evolution available.
We often come to therapy because we are stuck. But we don't stay that way very long. Our lives are full of innate expansions and contractions. My goal is to enable you to emerge from stuck and low places into states of inquiry, resolution, or emotional healing.
Even when it feels elusive,
there is always an opportunity to find a way through.
Our lives are full of patterns - from the way we wake up and make coffee in the morning, to the way that we think, and often how we feel. These habitual responses can exhaust the potential for discovery.
For those who are interested, we can take a journey into the spaces behind the overtly cognitive, and begin to rewrite the narratives and compulsions that can often keep us stagnant and out of the natural rhythm of shift and change.
