I help people remember where they’ve been, discover what matters now, and move with purpose into their next chapter, as we explore the deepest layers of our character.

My work in the psyche began as a trained actor in New York. It started with an interest in character, nuance, and the subtleties of performance. Through that process, I discovered a deeper curiosity about what exists behind the script—the history before the now, and where we can take it.

In 2012, I shifted my focus to the inner landscape and earned an MSW from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. Since then, I’ve worked as a licensed social worker in both group and institutional settings, as well as in private practice. I now work exclusively with private clients, supporting them to explore their inner lives and make sense of their histories, presence, and future.

I continue my studies and training regularly. In addition to my master’s degree, I provide Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and hold certificates in Grief and Loss, Women’s Mental Health, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Life Coaching, and the Fundamentals of Attachment with Trauma Solutions.

The cross-pollination of these modalities informs my current practice.
